If you are smart you make the accounts your self and pay people to do the low tier work having the details doesn't stop the OO from recovering just gives you the ability to maybe recover back.

yes, even if they do not register the email they have creation date/country/first pw/first internet service provider and sometimes membership details more than enough to pass a manual recovery.

Dragon sword 800k, less work to create the accounts so likely cheaper more cash per hour as the dragon sword has more dps than d long. (faster tick rate) Dragons are also weak to stab +20 def vs +40 on other stances so the sword will lead to much higher kills and profit per hour hope that helps
