It is just the nature of rs accounts the Orginal owner can always recover even 6 months down the line. you can build rep by doing or buying services, buying/selling gold, GFX, smaller accounts. If you try to sell such a high end one with no rep no1 will want to buy it due to the risk of losing the account + progress at any point down the line.

B gloves accounts from trusted go for about 150+ on ironmen alot more if you had some rank and feedback this kinda account would easily be worth 300m+ maybe even 400+ without any rep it will be very hard to get a decent offer.

51 agility usually costs me 8-12m in service section so probs around that much.

400m+ if you had some feedback/rep maybe 50-100m atm, 2 risky of a purchases for anyone to take seriously as they are so easy to recover and you have no market trades people would only buy it as a burner alt to bot or afk bosses for money making they wouldn't be able to leave any wealth on it. 99 99 99 is only 114 CB, 120 cb is maxed with high prayer. 90 90 90 is only 103CB I can sell you a 121cb maxed main with 99 99 99 and 60 prayer, 90 range but it would be 310m but yeah you are still going to get attacked lol
