lol 13 def is not easy,, 81 range done within 1 hour is also not easy my accounts take 55-70 mins with 75-80 range i doubt a low def acc will do it as fast. and if the service provided DC's or dies for any reason even slight lag it would extend the time. pretty harsh order. you should give the service person at least a few hours for a low def account. No but you can trial and error it if you are within a few months they will pass the recovery just send 1 appeal every few hours skipping back 3 months from when you think you created it each time
