lol 13 def is not easy,, 81 range done within 1 hour is also not easy my accounts take 55-70 mins with 75-80 range i doubt a low def acc will do it as fast. and if the service provided DC's or dies for any reason even slight lag it would extend the time. pretty harsh order. you should give the service person at least a few hours for a low def account. he does it remotely but yeah you need good ping so he aims to only do eu ones.

holy cherry does them for 300-500m. you would probably be looking close to the high price due to no T bow and low range. i can send you his skype if you want but id reccommend getting 95+ range first it lowers the cost.
