Things I have Tried : 1.) uninstall all runescape programs 2.) delete all runescape related folders.. cache etc 3.) deleted java and reinstalled... 4.) Restarted computor 5.) disabled firewall... 6.) EVERYTHING ELSE POSSIBLE!
