off topic but I've got 80 con and 99 banked, is it profitable for me to have a gilded altar and have people using it? Or does everyone do that for free now

Clean level 30 accounts with 20k IP and no skins sell on sythe for $15. Given the runes, champs, and skins I would like to get about 19m if possible.
