The 7.5m is not a rediculous amount to pay up front because a lot of the time you are on accounts with more than 5m... Expessially when questing. As for your application, protoking will take care of it

This happens when your internet gets disconnected and your account stays in for a couple seconds. when you try to log onto the same would, the server thinks you are logged in on another account (your original account). so you would have to log onto another world, restart your client or restart your internet.

I personally have used PseudoMonks for 3 days straight on 2 accounts. No bans. it was quite fast exp also, around 14k xp/h. (Obby mauler, 1 attack)
