I submitted a fix that should fix this when using custom rock selection at alkharid It could take up to 24 hours before the update is approved though. Will let you know

It should only drop empty water skins if you used the suggested setup for Quarry in the main thread Random events hardly - if ever get solved by real players, so why would a bot do it?
