People are doing firecapes for 15m 07 (pures) I consider his prices cheap if you ask me.

They actually done it for a while haven't heard of any cases in the past 3 years, My own experience on the live game in 2010 was with botting swords & Tuna @ Karamja, fish got resetted to lv 10 and some other skills aswell, however they noted a bunch of fish & lost a few k of them.

You can always purchase your account back, because that's how Jagex is. Not sure if it goes with Macroing aswell. In most cases you might be able to buy it back

Your blue method isn't the Slowest nor the most profitable, the most profitable would be 60-75 yews - 75-99 magic logs. Eventhough nice guide.
Depends on what you want to do if your the rushing kind of person I'd go with 50, if not 60.

That isn't the problem, if I finish MM I can't return to ape atoll to chin so I either gotta complete it with 1 prayer and I can dds stake to d scimmy or chin to 99 range first then complete it. Not worth it at all, terrible exp you'll be getting somewhere around the exp you'd get with knives and anyway I'd get wrecked at bandits with 1 prayer. I'll say go for 52 pray. (including quests) If your planning to chin before completing mm.
I'd say Al kharid warriors as i've done them till 60 atk 73 str. But they require food to stay alive as a pure.
Keep it low till like 80+ Stats, after that train it till 52. Unless you're being raped by trying to do monkey madness on 1 prayer.
