No offense but this sounds like some bullsheeet, who on earth would change there I.P every 6 hours..? Further more what is the point in this? If anything it would look more sus. Jagex can see your account has been playing on 10-100 I.P's depending on how much you did it.

To skip through the boring bullshit, say on the post what you're looking for. So we don't have to do bids that are going up by 1m every time

If you've been banned on your home I.P be prepared to never bot on that I.P again. Buy a proxie or a VPS. If you attempt to bot on a flagged I.P you will be banned in under 30 minutes

Your combat stats would take me 3-4 days to bot then slayer is the nice part. 99 fletching is kind of redundant on an account that is supposed to be for pking.
