Yep it's Socks5 proxy, I've been lurking on this forum for a decent time and have read a lot about what works and what doesn't. Since making this post I have come to the conclusion that the proram I have purchased with the proxies in assigns said proxies to my local ip under a certain port. So I probably need ot put in my local ip and the assigned port number into OSBOT to get it working... However, I have purchsed a new mac computer to test botting out on, I have just put a clean instal of Mavericks OS on it. I've downloaded OSBOT and now when I attempt to run OSBOT (without any proxy) it comes up with the message: "Found UNKNOWN host! Please report on the forums!" Any ideas on a solution? I have tried searching the forum but it doesn't bring anything up, maybe I need to get VIP for this feature. Thanks for taking the time to reply, am looking forward to trying out your smither.

Hi, I have purchased what appear to be positively reviewed, good, working proxies however I am having a bit of trouble kowing what data to enter into OSBOT. My proxies are displayed as follows: IP Addess (format 123.123.12.123) Country Region City Dedicated local port (format 127.0.0.1:1234) It also has more information that never changes regardless of what proxy I have selected displayed as follows: socks: 127..0.0.1:1234 Proxy: 127.0.0.1:1234 I've tried various different combinations of this data, with and without the proxy authenticator button ticked. Whenever I try to connect I get as far as logging in through the client, it tries to connect and then it times out and displays: Connection Error, SocketExeption. "This error can occour when the lcoal network system aborts a connection, such as when WinSock closes an established connection after data retransmission fails." Any help would be greatly appreceated, I didn't buy these proxies from a runescape related site and the customer support is practically non existant. NOTE - I have replaced what I beleive may be sensative information with the numbers 1, 2, 3 & 4.

I am also getting an error message when trying to start OSbot. It comes up asking how much mem allication then goes through the normal process but the it comes up saying: Found an UNKNOWN host! Please report on the forums!
