are you using v2.4? if not update it by closing the client and reopening ;) you might need some new spots too so go to : http://www.2007hq.com/guides/misc_guides/rare_hunting_guide.php Must have skipped because you already have one

2.4 is working, I have gotten 1 party hat with it so far,but please don't be rude to players ;)

yes it picks up p hats,i have gotten 1 with 2.4 so far.

yes 2.3 does not pick up rares so update!
