Choose a location you can do then, something that is known but people wouldn't go to e.g canafis pub.

This is because you logged in on world 1 or 2 this caused it like that 1 and 2 are unsupported worlds so you must have started the bot on one of those worlds that why it shows 1 rare. go to nature altar because it requires a skill which means less people.

The bot's perfect, you need a unknown location ;)

I would recommend Inside the Nature Altar Near dagannoths in the lighthouse North of Barbarian Assault Near zombie monkeys (Ape Atoll dungeon) I don't use these though, as i use private locations.

You don't need to re download, all you had to do is close client and reopen and it should have updated if it did not then the server was down

First, restart your client and make sure you are v2.4 version then choose a new location http://www.2007hq.com/guides/misc_guides/rare_hunting_guide.php
