@twitchfast has the best suggestion. putting the components together is pretty simple. Plenty of tutorials on youtube. If you can bot 11 accounts, you can put together some parts.

If you have a 3k budget, build your own tower server with a dual CPU motherboard and a fuckbucket of ram. If you have money left over get some SSDs

Either get a server and run all your accounts on that machine or build a pc with a shit gpu and stellar cpu/ram. Waste of money to buy a gaming pc, overpaying for a graphics card you won't use in runescape.
