I got banned within 8 hours of botting with breaks on every 2-3 hours and the breaks were 40-1hr20mins itself. Would anybody like to help me? or is botting as useless as trying to bot on rs3? Best break settings? Best way to avoid being banned? More usualful information?

Any way of preventing bans? I mean, this is my first time botting in like 1yr. I decided to come back to this community and I download the bot, put on a breaker handle. Had the bot on from 3am to 11am, (with breaks of course, running from every 2-3 hours for 40mins-1hr:20mins and I wake up, 2 day ban. What lol? Did Jagex update their systems for bots or did I get banned because of the free script, should I buy a script? or isn't it work it to bot anymore?
