So are you telling me that you can't charge back any money for virtual goods, correct? If so then I cannot charge back which will result in no scamming?

Getting a high feedback takes time and dedication on what you are buying and selling, I know anyone can get feedback, but 100+ will take hell a long time... And having a high feedback does show you took time for it, and usually people that are trusted, have a great personality, websites, and very professional.
