Bot on accounts you don't care about. That might be the best way for you to amass it decently fast.

About $20-$25 USD. Honestly without botting or skilling or drops you don't really have Runescape currency at all lol. My recommendation would be runecrafting nats at 44.

Guys honestly don't take it too seriously. I really wasn't trying to butt hurt anybody and you can tell from the tone this was all in good fun. The mods really couldn't care less about a topic like this as it doesn't sway their decisions at all. Just lighten up a little bit.
