There's no way we can just let people post them without checking, the number of scamquits is already way too big and we can't be online 24/7 either simply because someone wants his post to be visible in recent topics. He got you to wave 51 and you couldn't be patient for more than 4 hours for him to come back online, then you logged in and died which is stated clearly in his TOS that there will be no refund. The thing is, you hadn't even paid him for the service which is why you will have to pay him 3.5M now.

Well, if you logged in on the account in fight caves and died with it then that's not his fault and he'll have to refund nothing.
