I'm not joking at all. The fact that inbetween those services you logged in on the client and botted something can mean anything. Including the fact that you could've botted those levels. When did you get those lvl 71-75 def and 76-77 str levels, those were trained between the services when you were on vacation is Estonia, correct?

He was talking about recovering it, I doubt that it was about a refund since he was pretty confident that it wasn't going to be needed. I'm going to lock this now since we're not going to come back on our decision.

I see your point. The fact still is that @Lacoste has the recovery details he recovered it with once so he will most likely be able to recover it again resulting in a recovery war. We can only hope that after the original owner recovering it that it's not possible for @Lacoste to repeat the process. @ibockscarbon I'm sorry but we can't really force @Divica to refund you for something that was not his fault. I recommend you to not put a lot wealth on the account for a while and possibly change the display name so it's harder for @Lacoste to track even though that's not a guarantee. One more thing before I archive this, @ibockscarbon can you please confirm that @Divica succesfully recovered the account and returned it you?

@Lacoste took full responsiblity for this sale so first of all he will have to refund you the $450. If he fails to do so then @Divica and the OO (his friend) will be taking back the account and will have to refund you.

Since the account was sold after the ban, made from scratch using @Devry123's service and succesfully appealed by @Starcraft, this is basically the same case as @Solution's dispute so @Devry123 will have to refund.
