If you care about the account I wouldn't risk it. You're lucky you got a 2 day ban in the first place, I doubt you'll get lucky again.. You'll probably get banned sooner or later.

Most bans are perm, if Weath thinks someone deserves another chance it's a 2 day ban. Low chance though.
