Not too sure on the exact reason, but I'm sure it wasn't done because he requested it, since Mald is the one that did it and he told us not to ban on request anymore. I think it might have something to do with him just constantly seeking attention and spamming the dispute section & our PM boxes trying to get us to ban him, since we wouldn't do so when he requested it
