If you have a Paypal issued card, it works exactly like how a debit card is used for a bank. When you use the card, the money is taken out of your Paypal account.

To show the Skype profile, right click the top portion of Skype, like where his avatar is, and then click "View profile"

1) Can you post a screenshot of the Skype logs with the Skype profile opened to show his Skype username. 2) You confirmed the wrong Paypal email, so you both may be at fault. User has been contacted that he is currently under dispute.

The best thing to do is go into control panel, uninstall a program, and just uninstall all the random shit you aren't using. Well, glad you were able to fix it
