If I'm not mistaken, i believe @Czar took out his slayer script. not sure why though. @Khaleesi has coded a slayer script if im not mistaken.
It's evident multiple users have botted numerous hours via mirror client. A few have provided proggies. I understand however of your doubt, that's completely normal. Although i do not agree with you because it is still beta mode. It has worked for a good amount of people and nothing is indeed perfect. It'll only improve with time.
If you want to bot using the same IP i would say bot on 1 account. You would need proxies to support multiple bots.
You can either purchase it via RuneScape.com / or if you want it to be cheaper you can find a gold selling website, they usually sell bonds for a bit cheaper than Jagex does. OR You can purchase it on RuneScape 3 via Grand Exchange.

As far is OSbot is concerned, he stopped scripting here for a while now. He is running a external project though, so i don't think he has the time to script even if he wanted.
