Ok, so this is the theory and personally, I find it true after messing with a friend. Lets say your IP is 111.111.176.34 The theory is you want the 3rd number divisible by 8, and the last number to be as low as possible. Hence this IP is optimal. An IP such as 111.111.178.113 would be terrible. Obviously these aren't real IPs...

So I was at Rock Crabs today and I ended up having 2 warrior come on me and hit 2 8s at the same time. I'm a derp, and so I died and lost 1.5m in Cannon balls and a green phat. The guy was a total asshole and followed me back to cammy saying thx for phat bro thx, probably a 12 year old that shit himself. (Only asked for Cballs back) So out of this question, if someone died with 2.5m~ in stuff, would you give it back? Me, ehhh not now since my bank is 25m+, but when I first started no doubt.
