Try doing this to fix you skype button. On Skype go to tools - options - privacy settings - then click Allow my online status to be shown on the web. If that doesn't work try setting your skype status to offline then back to online. If that doesn't work then I don't know what will. Goodluck hope it fixes it. It usually works for me and goodluck with your service

You can try, if your IP is flagged then yes it will help heaps. But there are no guarantees that you wont get banned.

I think they can detect that you are logged in on a bot client as well.
