Everyone has their own methods/theories. Who knows if they are true or not. The best advice I could give you is try a few things out that work for you and just make sure home ip does not get banned.

I quit back in April/May. GP at the time was floating around 2.5-2.6. I came back a few weeks ago to see GP at 3.5. I was shocked. Like previous people said, I think summer had a big part to do with the GP prices. I'm hoping they go back down soon, my wallet hurts :'(

I remember back in the day I would play Halo 3 Doubles forever while afk fishing in Runescape. I couldn't get enough of Halo 3. To bad Reach ruined it.

Hey all. So I hadn't played in a couple months and was just getting back into the swing of 07 again. I had an account that needed some power leveling so I decided to buy from Lloyd (banned member here) since I've purchased from him so many times before. I did not even notice he was banned on forums until I sent him the money over PayPal. Before I knew it my account was cleaned of the remaining gold I had before I quit and $30 I sent him to do the service vanished like that So basically what happened to him? I used that guy for all my account services.

Not worth it. When an account gets banned permanently especially for something like botting, there is no talking to Jagex.
