Hello guys i have never Done nmz before my questions is : when i have no nmz points at all how do i get fast points to buy a lot of overloads and absorptions . Thanks a lot:)

What he said should ^^   when i done it i done 2 runs with prayer pots just to get alot of points 

^ do what they said, also one thing to keep in mind is look up a guide for power-ups. Some power-ups will help you get points, like zapper, the unlimited spec one, recurrent damage, etc.. I typically used full dh w/ a rock cake to get down to as low of hp as possible, then flick rapid restore once you use your absorption pots to keep hp from going back up ( this resets the timer ) whip out your gmaul once you get that unlimited spec power-up. But i do typically start with an inv of prayer pots aswell.
