So i got banned and i just send them a message and said my kid was playing 24/7 blablablabla, it was a very great story to be honest and my questions:  Is there any chance to get unbanned :p

Sadly, you will most likely still be banned. :s

they probably tell you something about sharing account its against the rule and keep you banned, but im dont know.
