can you only buy vouchers with paypal, So u cant use visa etc?

you can use a prepaid visa via paypal to buy vouchers, if you need a voucher, u can also pay in 07 gp for one, i sell them, let me know!

    What are these vouchers, are they like tickets/codes that gives you money on the forums so you can buy scripts etc? Have I understood everything correctly?
