If you have the stats and don't flick, its a lower ban rate. I have done it 7 times on my current main. Obviously spread out, usually 1-2 a week on slayer tasks.

It will detect current wave from the chatbox messages if started inside of the caves. I'm not gonna be using it on a pure or anything risky, main with 85+ all combat stats and enough money for near enough any gear needed for the fight caves, cheers!
