Has Jagex done or will they be doing a reviewing of the banned hijacked accounts anytime soon? does anyone know?

Its possible I highly doubt they will just start reviewing random accounts might have to take it to them.

They do this like twice a year

They will not ever reply to any form of appeal from a banned account. This includes twitter, or any other unofficial way.

They have done it in the past where the had a period where people submitted accounts and the accounts were unbanned.
