Alright, so somebody took a layout i have on one of my services, basically copy + pasted it while changing the font, and changing a few words around. His layout is basically mine, except it has his name on it. Do you think this should be allowed?

 

It's basically the same concept as stealing a script. They take the script, change a little bit about it, and release it as their own.

Erm i think it should be allowed as long as is not the same (Exact text, etc)

If the base image/template is copyrighted its plagiarism.
