so i'm trying to find quests list for what i need to do, but i can only find it for zerkers. I only want 42 defense though, as well as 60 attack, and 43 prayer.

 

I know what quests are needed to do RFD, but what quests am i supposed to do to get the 175 quest points as well as the pre-quests needed for barrows gloves? If anyone has a list they can link me or post here that would be sweet And i'm obviously doing lunar diplomacy as well.

thanks, but looking for a structured guide made for people who are looking for 42 def, lunars, b-gloves, 60 attack, 43 prayer. So you can get it the fastest with most useful quests etc.

think it's literally, pick the quests you want, e.g. lunar/heroes etc, choose your def xp quests, then just do others that dont give def xp?

 

Usuallly what i do is go down a quest list in QP reward order and choose which ones i can do and which i cant do.
