Nothing to worry about, if you are dealing with not a lot of gp , its fine. The only time i got a ban was rwt , traded over 150-200m per trade. Then on , i did <100m You can drop trade, you just have to have both accounts logged into the world at the same time. Accounts that log in AFTER something has been dropped will not be able to see the dropped item. Regardless, they can track any form of xfering.
