Try flush your dns using command prompt using this command "ipconfig /flushdns".

Same thing is happening to me but only on my Main computer. I am using my Windows 8 laptop and it is fine atm.

It would have been nice if you would have looked through the other topics first, as there is already an ongoing topic on this subject. However, I'll repeat myself here once again. I'll have a run through the code that could cause this message to occur and see what is wrong. Unfortunately I can't reproduce this bug myself, nor any of the other developers so I'll completely rely on the fact whether I'll find something obvious in the code that connect to RS to download the client.
