firstly, i bought an account of caeser who was the OO. The next day i sold it to amghugs he sold it to qwazz. Then an hour later qwazz claims it was recovered. 
 

need some sort of way to settle this because qwazz refuses to communicate and we dont know who is in the wrong.

 

 

not sure how it was recovered in an hour which is odd.

We used Dbuffed as a middleman; i dont know where the joined chat went, have sent pictures of skype messages between qwazz and myself.

(Surely Dbuffed and/or Qwazz will have the chatlog)
Traded the 17m Over, Dbuffed said waiting for confirmation, Qwazz Confirmed, 20minutes later, He Said it was recovered.

after about 20 minutes of selling the account to him, all was fine, then he randomly messaged me saying oh someone recovered the account, then he thought i did, but i gave him all the details of the account he also logged in first, was still logged in the game as he told me.

then he said that he logged out and someone logged in,

 

and i got accused straight away by Dbuffed And Qwazz, I did in my post put that i was the Original Owner, i got mistaken, I was not so i lied.

there is no way i could of recovered the account,

i'm not sure what happened, 

either someone else recovered it, or Qwazz is saying that i am the scammer, where he could be the scammer, anymore information please ask.

 

I Cannot Recover The Account As i Am NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNER.

Okay, here's the full story that Lacoste forgot to mention. 

 

Lacoste purchased this account from me http://osbot.org/forum/topic/95277-s-starter-main-818181/#entry1057342 . The next day he messages me saying that the account was banned within 3 hours. At my expense, I provided him with the 79/79/79 from this topic http://osbot.org/forum/topic/95482-s-404040-797979-99-magic-crafting-cooking-fletching/ . This sale was done on the 6th of April (the 81/81/81, with the 79/79/79 also provided on the 6th of April around 9 hours later.)

If you also need proof of purchase of the 81/81/81, Dbuffed was the middle man (chat logs etc can also be provided). (If you're curious to why the screenshots are from my phone - I reset my computer the other day, so my computer doesn't have the logs, my phone does).

 

One thing to note that can be seen within the skype conversation, is that I gave the option to Lacoste to either receive this account or 15M as substitution for the banned account. I asked him twice if he was sure he wanted the account, he said yes. Two days later he sold the account, without my knowledge until now. 

 

Now supposingly, the account has been sold 3 times. If Lacoste returns the original email address I'll gladly attempt to recover the account and give the details to the last guy who bought it. Otherwise I feel as though I should not be responsible for this mess.

Hi there, sorry for the late response. I've been resting due to my current status of being ill.

@amghugs - The account was recovered just after YOU sold it no one else, you was asked to try help recover, and instead refused and left the chat. What else can you expect a normal person to think? No one "accused you" although you did claim to be the original owner, yet again like @Lacoste has with his recent account trades when he isn't.

No one accused you of being a scammer, you did that on your own terms by doing such things.

 

Not sure why dbuffed is accusing me of saying to amghugs i was the original owner you can ask him for chat logs from skype i never said i was oo, the other  account i sold to alex i said i was this is a different account and you cant prove i said i was oo to amg.

I've been in class all day & I'm in Central US timezone. Just now getting around to my laptop, so sorry for not replying sooner. These are the chat logs from our conversations. AmgHugs (Jessee) has not replied to me since I last messaged him. I'm not exactly sure how he bought the account for lacoste this account in the first place, but somehow I ended up getting scammed by him. Neither of them seem to know what is going on and it all feels fishy. The only reason I bought from Jessee was because he had a good amount of posts and even some good reviews! I'm free to talk on skype if anybody needs more information. I'm not sweating this encounter, but I feel justice should be served so this doesn't happen to someone else! Thank you ~ QwaZz

@@Caesar I suggest you try and tweet them and explain that you're trying to recover because it got hacked.

I wouldn't be too concerned, he most likely just used a skype resolver to get your IP then searched on a leaked database from other websites to connect your IP to a username/account you created. It has happened to me before and I was scared, but the guy was just trying to intimidate me.

I can attempt to send another appeal, I don't have a twitter account. I suppose if it's really necessary I can make one.
