I wouldn't be too concerned, he most likely just used a skype resolver to get your IP then searched on a leaked database from other websites to connect your IP to a username/account you created. It has happened to me before and I was scared, but the guy was just trying to intimidate me.

I've submitted another appeal, I should get a result back in a few hours. I've decided that I'm not going to make a twitter account for the sole purpose of recovering an account. 

To my surprise I was able to recover the account

 

However, there is some bad news. The account was banned on the 14th of April,  The email has been set back to the original, which I'll provide to qwazz. 

 

Also, there was a recurring 1 month membership on the account, I went ahead and cancelled it, because I felt this was necessary. I'll PM Qwazz my skype, then I'll send him the details of the account. 

I forgot to mention the whole point about pointing out the membership. Whoever put membership on the account will be able to recover the account, they have one more piece of information that I don't have. I'm just pointing this out, so incase two months down the track when/if this account is recovered I don't want to be responsible for cleaning up the mess.

Details have been sent through a PM, however I asked him to add my skype so he can change the security information of the email to his details.

I have possession of the account - finally - & everything has been transferred to me! I hope it lasts
