Explanation: I agreed to go first on a 70M OSRS trade in exchange for ogrepoop's paypal funds. As I wasn't too comfortable sending it in 1 trade, I done it as 2 transactions. For the first 35M he sent the PP funds, however for the 2nd part of the trade he didn't pay for the 35M. He now owes me $41.65.
