Can't add picture?

So when i try to add picture from my pc, any pic, it won't load? its like this

so how can i  add picture help please...?

You should be able to use the URL option, that should work the best. Make sure you have the right URL which must end with the image extension.

Use the extension of the url or upload it somewhere else like imgur and use the raw image.
