VIP purchased but not working

I posted about this issue in the general section, however i think this is where it belongs. I purhcased VIP, but when attempting to use mirror mode, the client claims that I do not have VIP status. Any help would be appreciated.

dont worry you will get it when an admin is free to aprove your order. so no your money is not wasted :p just happens when its your first purchase as they need to verify its a safe payment and not compromised.
