If the account is an email login, than yes you are "registered" to that account by the login name.

You HAVE to give up an e-mail adress when you create an account. however you dont have to register it.

thats just a trash email, i never confirmed it. i can still confirm a legitimate e-mail on the account

 

there's no way you can change the login of an account, it's determined upon creation(except if its an old acc)

obviously I understand that bit if someone creates an account and recovers as original owner and owns the email they can get the account back.

mald is right original email helps alot when recovering accounts recently someone on this site sold alot of level 3 accounts of tutorial island yet had actully set up the emails and wernt dummy email accounts that dont exist and he recoverd them scamming over 400m from people

First of all, thanks for using my topic for something that is not relevant with it, secondly im using emails that are made up like blabla@qwe.e
