Why did i get a 2day ban on one acc but a perm on another even though they botted the same thing?

both at fleshcrawlers one got permd one got a 2day ban (different ips) 

If one was your main IP then I'm guessing it had the 2 day ban. My experience with proxies is that they always result in perm bans, and my main IP (non-proxy) usually gets a 2 day ban. Then again I've also had 7 fletching bots and 5/7 got banned using proxies, it depends on which theory you believe in. It's not too difficult to look at a proxy IP and realise it's a proxy, a quick google of it reveals it.
