Seems that the counter is messed up (says i have done 5k flax in 2 hours but only has done a little over 1600) so its a little slow? i think i read in eearlier posts that it can do 1.1k flax in an hour but has that changed?

That logger looks very spammy, shouldn't be that much stuff, it would appear the bot client seems to think it's running multiple instances of the script which would also account for the discrepancy in the counter. I would recommend closing and restarting your client.
