If you could please explain a bit more.

Depending on your computer specs, it could be the rest of high CPU usage. 

Try decreasing the number of things you're running i.e. Skype, browsers, etc.

Turning off all debugs besides FPS and Low CPU may help. Usually it will freeze when your computers memory is too taxed and it can no longer run the program, try freeing up some physical memory and restart your computer aswell.
