Why it should be removed: I paid in full amount a couple days after the incident occurred, but it was never taken care of. 
Details: From what I remember, I hired the user to do some services for me. I didn't have the full funds at the time, so I took a couple days to pay him back. As soon as I did that I kind of disappeared off the Internet. Now I am making a comeback in the community.
