Lost my account credits...again

This time I lost my account credits that were on my account, again. I'm supposed to have 10.25-11$ left in my balance but now it says 0 again.

You are responsible to cancel your renewals. If you leave renewals open and you have account credit the system automatically RENEWS and takes your credit. I've told you this before.

I've given you the account credit back.
