Spaztik Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 Not sure if its an error/bug or not, although I believe I'm just dumb and can't figure it out. I've been trying to post a topic in the market section, in regards to selling an account. Where 'Post New Topic' should be says 'You cannot post a new topic.' I'm assuming there is a rule regarding this, such as X amount of posts or X amount of days since joined. However I am unable to find where this rule is located. I read through the rules list as well as the Market rules, and still can't find it. Any help?
