Buying a starter account - Spending $20-$40

I'm really not looking for anything too specific.. It would be nice if it had some quest points. I would like some combat whether it be a pure or main type build.

Anyone looking to part with an account they don't play much anymore? I don't have much cash to spare so I can't afford a really established account

I have a fresh account, level 50 combat.

 

all skills are level 40, F2P ONLY skills.... never been members.

 

So level 40 attack/strength/defense/range/magic/prayer/runecrafting/crafting/wc/fm/fishing/etc.

 

All F2P quests are done besides prince ali rescue and sheild of arrav.
