 It just died doing RFD subquest Ogre

It gave this log and now this pops up whenever I try and restart it.

Completion of previously started quests is not supported for all quests atm, consider getting ha few hp levels before attempting dangerous ones (Witch's House should be enough)

So it was doing the pirates treasure quest, trying to sail to karamja by using the option pay fair, however you can't do this until completing pirates treasure, so it got stuck. I manually pushed it through and it works fine Just a heads up
