I need advice on how to make one of these, is the most eficient way a nmz bot once i have 70,70,70?

 

And would this training method be highly bannable?

I havent got any ban yet with over 40m xp farmed with the script.

 

Use the dharok method with rockcake, overload and absorptions.

You can stay inside the dream for about 3-4 hours (thats what i managed with 75 atk, 95 str, 70 def)

You can't get banned for NMZ I'm pretty sure, because you don't have to bot it

You can't 6 hour afk with guthans anymore.

So you're either goign to have to sit there & click every 20 minutes (or whenever you run out of prayer / absorption), or bot it.

I use a mouse recorder to Afk at Guthans, use an other path every 6 hours.

 

Runs very smoothly so I don't need to use a script.
