recently wont dismiss randoms

ive been having this problem recently, it stopped dismissing random events. before it was fine. now its not dismissing my randoms. but the break manager is working

Delete the osbot folder/.jar, download file again.

 

maybe this fixes the problem, its working for me the dismiss random option.
